Le disponibilità delle ville sono diverse.

L'esclusiva Torre saracena con una disponibilità di 4 esclusivi e posti letto per una vacanza come al cinema;

Villa Bouganville con una disponibilità  di 6 posti letto;

Villa La Roccia con una disponibilità di 4 posti letto;

Villa Faraglioni con tanti ma tanti posti letto ben 10... dipende da quanti amici portate con Voi !

Possibilità di affittarle in blocco per gruppi di almeno 30 persone.

Durante il soggiorno oltre la settimana, l'affitto include oltre i servizi vari, la sostituzione delle lenzuola e asciugamani.

Le ville sono dotate di lavabiancheria (escluso la Torre, che prevede servizio pulizia e cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani ogni 3 giorni dal ns. personale), stenditoio,  asse da stiro nel caso in cui vorrete effettuare il bucato in piena autonomia.

Le nostre ville, immerse nella tipica macchia mediterranea, con un panorama da favola sono arredate con gusto e particolarità, per far si che al nostro ospite non manchi nulla durante il suo soggiorno e si senta completamente a suo agio.

A due passi "la Tonnara", che si vede dalle nostre ville dall'alto, ultimamente famosa per aver ospitato il set della finction TV: "Il Commissario Montalbano" e "Ocean's Twelve"

Il parco dispone di un ampio parcheggio interno, giardino e discesa a mare privata.

Unsere Villen, eingebettet in der typischen mediterranen Macchia, mit einem zauberhaften Panorama, sind mit Geschmack und Details eingerichtet, damit es unserem Gast während seines Aufenthalts an nichts fehlt und er sich vollkommen wohl fühlt.Der Park verfügt über einen großen internen Parkplatz, Garten und privaten Zugang zum Meer.In den Villen stehen zur Verfügung:

Möglichkeit, die Villen gemeinsam zu mieten für Gruppen von mindestens 30 Personen.

Während eines Aufenthalts von mehr als einer Woche sind im Mietpreis neben verschiedenen Services auch der Tausch von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern inbegriffen. Die Villen sind mit Waschmaschine(ausgenommen La Torre, in dem Reinigungsservice und Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern alle drei Tage durch unser Personal vorgesehen ist), Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett ausgestattet für den Fall, dass Sie selbst waschen möchten.

Our Villas, lying in the hearth of the Mediterranean, with a really amazing view, are furnished in very good taste to make sure that our guests lack for nothing during their stay and feel completely at their ease.
Only a short way away there is the “Tuna station”, lately well-known as it was the scenery of a famous TV fiction: “Il commissario Montalbano”.
There is ample parking on site as well as garden and  private beach.
On the left the private parking, on the right the private path going to the sea.
Our Villas have different number of available beds.
The exclusive Medieval Tower has 4 available beds;
Villa Bouganville has 6 available beds;
Villa La Roccia has 4 available beds;
Villa Faraglioni has so many available beds… it’s up to you!

There’s also the possibility to rent them all together to 30 people groups at least!

During your stay bed linen and towels are provided … but … if you prefer to do your own laundry, our Villas are also provided with washing machine(except for the Tower, where cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels are supplied every three days by our staff), drying rack and ironing board.

If you want to book in August, think about it within May!

Nos villas sont inserées dans le typique maquis méditerranéen, avec un panorama exceptionnel, elles sont meublées et décorées avec soin pour que vous soyez completement à votre aise et qu’il ne vous manque rien.
Le parc dispose d’un ample parking personel, un jardin et un accés privé à la mer.

Il est possible de louer l’ensemble de nos villas « en bloc » pour des groupes de 30 personnes minimum.
 Pour les séjours de plus d’une semaine la location comprend, en plus des différents services prévus, le changement des draps et des serviettes. Toutes les villas sont équipées avec machine à laver(sauf la Tour qui inclut le service de nettoyage et le changement des draps et des serviettes chaque 3 jours), étendoir et fer à repassé, si vous désirez etre autonome.
